Returns are allowed within 15 days of purchase for all non-personalized items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please contact us first and we will provide you with a RMA # and return address. We can be reached at Contact Us
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return is approved.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
With the exception of personalized items, you may exchange an item for another. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the original item. Exchanges are subject to approval and limited to 1 per order. Unless the item is Damaged or Misprinted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
