Overview

Shipping Policies

Please note, It can take up to 1-3 days, depending on the items ordered and amount (especially personalized items), before mailing them to you. Most items are prepared and shipped the next day after placing your order.

We ship via primarily with USPS Ground and provide tracking. Items arrive 3-5 days from shipping date (Sundays not included) depending on your location and ship Monday-Saturday. Be aware, shipments may be delayed due to unfortunate events with the mail. Weather, problems with the delivery system, meteor showers, sea monsters and the like. We keep track of our shipments. If we see a delay for yours, we will contact you to let you know. We advise to all our customers that someone is available at the location your items are being sent to on the intended day of arrival, either to your home, your gift recipient, or business. Otherwise, arrange to have a trusted person pick the package up for you. This helps to keep the naughty elves away from your packages.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 15 days after your item has arrived. If 15 days have passed since your purchased item arrives, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items, oils, herbals cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If paid by credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, usually 5-7 business days. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us HERE.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email HERE.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
